Shipping and Returns

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our Queensland warehouse via Australia Post. Once shipped, you will typically receive your order in:

  • 2-4 business days - QLD*
  • 3-6 business days - NSW, ACT, SA & VIC metro and most regional areas*
  • 4-8 business days - WA, NT, Tasmania*

*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times

If you require faster delivery, there is an express shipping option which will expedite your delivery. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Australia Post delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. 

 Shipping Cost

  • $10 flat-rate standard shipping
  • $14 flat-rate express shipping
  • FREE standard shipping for all orders over $100

After Completing Your Order

After your order is complete, you can expect to receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order. This is a great opportunity for you to review your order, including size, colour and delivery address. If you have any last minute changes, please don't hesitate to contact us.

As Your Order Progresses

As your order progresses, you will receive updated communication with tracking details which you can follow.

Return to Sender Parcels

If an attempted delivery of your parcel is made but you are not at home, Australia Post will determine if the parcel can be left in a safe place. If not, the parcel will be taken to a post office and a card will be left at your address with details of how to collect your parcel, including pick-up timeframes. If your parcel isn't collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to the sender. If a parcel isn't picked up and is returned to us, please note that additional shipping costs (flat rate of $10) will apply to have the parcel re-shipped. 

Returns/Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days from when your order was placed, providing the below conditions are met:
  • Items must be returned in original condition, undamaged and unworn/unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

    A friendly reminder: When returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. The Sunshine Boutique is not responsible for the cost of return postage.

    Dispatch of Exchanges

    Our team will dispatch your exchange within a matter of days of receiving and inspecting the returning items. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of posting the new pair to you (available once per order). You will also receive an email notification with new tracking details once your exchange is on its way.

    Processing of Refunds

    Our team will process your refund within a matter of days of receiving and inspecting the returning items. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
