How much does shipping cost within Australia?

We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $10 Australia-wide, or express shipping for $14. For orders over $100, standard shipping is FREE. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your policy for an exchange or refund?

If you change your mind, your goods are faulty or your product doesn't fit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and your product can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for more information and instructions. 

How do I select the correct sized shoes?

If you have any questions about sizing before you buy, please see our shoe sizing guide or contact us. We'd love to help. 

How often do you get new stock? 

We place orders periodically when our stock levels become low, although it can be difficult to keep up with demand. If you have a specific item that you would like, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be sure to let you know when our next delivery is expected and/or when your item is back in stock.

Do you have a special 'gift' option?

If you are sending your order directly as a gift, simply select a separate 'shipping' address at checkout and add a note under 'order special instructions' so that we make sure that no prices are included on packing slips.

Sunshine Boutique is an online retailer based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. We are a 100% Australian owned and operated business.

Where are your products made? 

We work closely with suppliers in China to source and manufacture our products.
